New Student Registration Information
	New students are registered by appointment. Please call (832) 484 - 4027 for a registration appointment. The student must be present at the appointment.
	Welcome to Klein High School!
	In order to speed up the enrollment process and to assure appropriate placement, please be certain you have the following information with you:
		Proof of Residence: We can accept a current light, water, or gas bill with your name and address on it, closing or settlement papers, or a lease agreement signed by the lessee and lessor with the student's name listed as an occupant.
		A Birth Certificate: A copy of the student's birth certificate is required.
		Immunization Records: Texas law requires proper immunization before a student may attend class. Please bring a certified, current immunization record with you at enrollment. Previous school immunization records will suffice. The nurse will discuss your records with you during registration.
		School Records: A withdrawal form from former school is required. During summer registration we will accept a transcript, report card, or withdrawal form.
		Address of Student's Previous School: When registration is completed, we will need this for official records.
		Student's Social Security Card: We need more than just the number. We will make a copy of the card and return it to you the day you register.
	Fill out and bring this packet to your appointment.
